SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR SHAHIDAPARIDES.COM
Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on your location. Custom-size orders and pre-order items require approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery. When placing an order with Shahida Parides you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees as well as the cost of return shipping to Shahida Parides. Also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. Standard shipping is available ($19.99 domestic, $49 international). Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will receive an e-mail confirmation along with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
All head office business days are Monday-Friday (10am - 5pm MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On situations including customized products, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. We are not liable for parcels that are lost in transit when being shipped and/or returned. Customers are held responsible to contact their parcel carrier for any inquiries regarding shipments. We will, however, do our utmost best to accommodate our customers. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Taxes & Duties
All applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to declare the full value of your order on the shipping documentation.
Please note that customs clearance is handled by your country's customs authorities. While most shipments clear without issue, customs inspections may occasionally cause delivery delays that are beyond our control.

If your payment method uses another currency, your card issuer or bank will determine the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees at the time your transaction is processed.

International Shipping Policy
By placing an international order with Shahida Parides, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with your order.
- You are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs authorities.
- If an item is eligible for return or exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs or carrier fees.
- Any shipment refused by the customer at delivery, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to accept delivery, will be subject to all return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier fees, and any other costs incurred. These amounts will be deducted from any approved refund or store credit, where applicable.
- Shahida Parides is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
