Our Refund Policy has recently been updated.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are approved solely at the discretion of Shahida Parides.
• Approved return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
• Customized, personalized, made-to-measure, pre-order, and sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for cancellation, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
• After the 14-day period, a one-time exchange or store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Shahida Parides for eligible items.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shahidaparides.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we review your claim, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please do not return any item without prior authorization from our team.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@shahidaparides.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customized, personalized, pre-order, and sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
